This Gongcha store should be avoided unless you want a bad experience. The staffs do not make the drinks properly and there is a lack of professionalism! As a customer I think we all have the right to demand an acceptable quality drink especially when it comes to a business that does not take quality, consistency, and management seriously.

The drink I got today were not full and when getting it remade the drinks became diluted and watered down. The staffs also think customers are some kind of idiots by justifying with the most stupidest reasons etc. I was not born yesterday and I did not start drinking bubble tea or Gongcha yesterday. Who are you trying to fool?

If I’m correct the head office of Gongcha NZ is located at Onehunga. They should have better management, commitment to the quality / standards, and most importantly be serious about it.

Inflation, cost of good, cost of living, and wage increases had been difficult, I think most customers should be able to understand the menu changes and price increases but what we don’t understand is why the quality and service had declined. It seems like Gongcha NZ is just overcharging its customers now. I hope Gongcha NZ can do...

Today had a bad experience Asked a tea without ice but offered with ice Then I told the tea has ice. But a worker came ti argument saying tea does not have ice but added because its warm . Doesnt make any sense and didnt want to admit the mistake they have done. whats the point of having zero ice in the menu?
