We've had enough unpleasant experiences with this branch. Placed a phone order and when I got there they decided to serve everyone else as if mine wasn't in the que, so I waited a very long time... Made another phone order a month later and asked for a veggie patty for mine and a chicken avocado bacon for my partner. Food arrived home and no patty in mine and no bacon in hers! Rang Subway and he claims that I ordered a veggie delight.. "I never used the word delight and said veggie PATTY", then says he did put the bacon and to go check. I know what I said and ordered! These guys are not good listeners, slow, stingy and couldn't care less. And what's with all the white fur ? Lint? Hair? That's the 4th one I've pulled out. Food tastes good thanks to the premade ingredients, just not...

A few months ago my wife and I came into your store and ordered a few sandwiches. We were served by Joseph who was not only efficient and quick but very polite and welcoming. My wife and I were blown away. We were completely satisfied with his wonderful service and have been back a few times since. And every time we are greeted by Joseph, he is always very consistent very upbeat and welcoming even during a busy time. In fact I have on a few occasions asked for him specifically even when other staff members are at the front counter. I am glad I have a 'go to' Subway store where I know without a doubt I will be completely comfortable and satisfied every time... as long as Joseph is working. Thanks mate...

If they can't afford to serve a real subway than I strongly recommend them to suggest to close this outlet as ...in lockdown they said order from outside on phone and when we order and tell them to put three sauces when we eat looks like they tried to save heaps of money on sauces to build a palace😜.....and what is a point to order from outside on phone and go in and collect.. isn't it a funny.....very dry subway we eat today with drops of sauce... Waste of money in...
