I think this Subway location needs a change in ownership. The staff here consistently push customers to add extras at every stage of making a sandwich, from the bread selection all the way to salt and pepper. It seems clear they’re instructed to do this, making customers think the add-ons are kinda generously recommended, when in fact they come at an extra charge. Unless you’re careful, you’ll end up paying more without being told upfront it will cost.
But that’s not even the worst part. The owner, who is usually at the counter, repeatedly tries to charge the full price when I order the “Sub of the Day.” On three separate occasions, I had to point out the mistake, and each time she responded with doesnt-make-sense excuses instead of an apology, only then adjusting the price. When she should have adjusted the wrong price for three different times, it has been obviously attempted to charge with wrong prices, and I don't understand why she still stands in her position to bring up some excuses to explain her logic.
After the last incident, I decided not to return. This shop was the closest to my workplace, so I used to go almost daily, but now I’d rather walk a bit further to another Subway. I do not recommend...

Then was told it was because you selected different salads, however they are all there not like each salad has a different price. Then there was a offer that I wanted and they wanted me to find a barcode for it however the app has no option for a barcode. The lady then scanned my barcode for my subcard and said sorry we still cant please add it to your cart. I did that and they said no we still cant please find a barcode. The old Indian lady, has absolutely NO customer service whatsoever, constantly rude to her customers and staff and is VERY VERY stingy on portioning. Also ordered a sub they had advertised on the menu for $8 and she tried to over charge me charging me separately for each meat that was included in the sub. Then after me and her staff pointing out to her it’s on the menu at a set price she tells me it is impossible to do at that price. She tried to claim She couldnt see the price although me and 2 of her staff members (who are actually really nice and lovely but seem scared of their boss) had pointed it out to her.
