Sealord — Local services in Maungakiekie-Tāmaki

Yesterday I purchased Sealord Hoki Fish bites from Woolworths in Grey Lynn. The packaging stated 'Australian Hoki' None the less I gave it a go. The product is quite inferior to the NZ fillets I normally buy. The crumb is too thick, bland and pale in colour. Very dissapointing once eaten So I wont buy them again Why do we need to source fish products from Australia, we have great fish in our own waters right? Also what about all those sea miles? Food fo Thought. C,mon Sealord you can do better than that surely! Still...

We had purchased the crumbed lemon and pepper a couple weeks ago cooked it that night and the brown flesh was very fishy and stale.
