A fantastic hotpot experience with a spacious and clean restaurant setting. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great place for gatherings with friends and family. The highlight for me is their three-flavor soup base—mushroom, mala, and tomato. The tomato soup is especially rich and flavorful, making it my top choice!
The ingredients are fresh, with a good variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables to choose from. The dipping sauces are well-stocked, allowing you to customize flavors to your liking.
Service can be slightly slow when the restaurant gets busy, but the staff are always attentive and doing their best to accommodate everyone. They are polite and willing to help with recommendations, refilling soups, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Overall, a great place for authentic Chinese hotpot—definitely worth a visit if you love bold flavors and a...

The spicy tallow soup is spicy and we were grateful for the recommendation to tone it down a notch -- we're usually big spice lovers (of the Capsaicin variety) but one chili level was more than enough to experience the numbing buzz of Sichuan peppers while also being able to enjoy the rich savory broth.
Platter sizes were decent -- 3 platters split amongst the 4 of us was just enough food for dinner. We especially appreciated the owner's attention and offer to make us up dipping sauce, which in itself was superb.
A bonus was the face changing performance, which is a special hosted on Saturdays (we were delightfully unaware of this and are super grateful to have booked in when we did!) A fantastic dinner and a show was the perfect way to spend our evening.
We will definitely...
Read moreGreat atmosphere and interior design. However, they are way understaffed for a busy dinner service. The hot pot base was okay, but there were very limited flavours to choose from.
One thing I had to mention is that they are heavily OVERPRICED! We ordered a mushroom platter for $15.00, and what we got were six mushrooms (three shitakes and three white buttons), which was a shocker! The wokbok we got also just had the stem parts, which usually should have been thrown away. In general, their portion size is smaller than that of other places but at a higher price. I know it is a hard time for the restaurant business, but cutting corners like this will not help.
There are so many better hotpot places on Dominion Road, so unfortunately, I will never return...
