I wasnāt very willingly thinking to write any review which may really harm the familiarity that you have earned in your business. But the way you bursted out in the review made by one of my groupās mate (Madan Chapagain) in the visit to your restaurant, you compelled me to write something that you really deserve. This was not the very first time we ever visited to any Indian restaurants. We tasted many cuisines in many places all around New Zealand. We have tasted the best food and even experienced the most pleasant service. First, being an Indian Restaurant, I think, you should adopt one Sanskrit saying, āAtithi Devo Bhavaā( Those who visit you are like god.) Furthermore, you should know that there is nothing perfect in this world. If you expect just good comments for your food and services at all the time, you will never get it. As there are some strengths, there are weaknesses too. No one is perfect, and not even you. Because there is not just you who have a good service and the best food in New Zealand. Better than making clearer what happened, you bursted and you disappointed more to us by saying that we would better not served in there. There was not just you who could dine in us at that time if you would say us that we were too early to serve the food we were asking, we could go to another restaurant. And the main thing is that you donāt really need to show any kindness to those who visit your restaurant and order for food because all customers are happy to pay full amount for what they order: even us. Go and show some kindness to homeless if you really want to show some kindness to others. There is no reason you had be kind to us. We would be happy if you had provided us the food stuff what we ordered rather than the stuff you decided to serve us. We didnāt really want any rice at that time. It was our courtesy towards you that, we didnāt deny to accept what you brought to us. Even we showed our courtesy to you by not leaving the plates we used scattered, and put them together and made you easier. And one thing more, customer doesnāt really come to restaurant to eat a lot and pay a lot to make you guys happy as like as you were forcing us to order more. Instead, he/she comes with an expectation, firstly, a warm welcoming, secondly, a good service , and lastly a good food what he/she really wants to eat. May be the restaurant owner as like as you has opened the restaurant just to rip off the money of customers and make yourself happy rather than making a customer happy. Naan canāt be cooked because itās two early though restaurant was open, what an excuse restaurant is open but customers canāt get what they want as in menu.

Customers/ Hungry People can go and expense some hundreds of dollars and get ripped-off to make Restaurant staff/owner happy, seemed owner had strictly suggested staff to show behaviour according to their order size and amount, doesnāt matter about (ownās) customers appetite. If your order is less you are going to make them sad and you will be biased with bad customer services.
At last waitress even tried to charge extra amount which we didnāt ordered . She was trying to explain it was a system glitch as she could see right thing in her Monitor but in receipt it was showing more after I paid more amount and demanded for receipt. Lastly Food was not good rated :(
