We live rural so coming to town for a coffee is an occasion for us. Today we decided to go to The Bach as we enjoy the atmosphere and scenery. I've had many happy coffees and breakfasts at The Bach in the past. Today and the previous time we had poor experiences which is very unfortunate. Soup did not come I asked for my money back...
Read moreWe ate breakfast and lunch here today, returning as we do annually when in Napier. Breakfast was well presented poached eggs on toast. Delicious coffee and smoothie. Lunch was a vegetable frittata with beetroot and carrot salad (also a broccoli salad on offer). Both well flavoured and attractively presented. Finished with a shared piece of chocolate salted caramel slice.
The service was prompt, polite and efficient. Impressive as it’s New Years’ Day and they are busy.
This cafe deserves a better rating than 4...
