Dreadful Customer Service!

We asked for steamed buns on our order for six people. Only one bun was steamed - and yes, it made the burger so much nicer.

When the unsteamed buns were returned for steaming the manager raised his voice loudly saying that they were All steamed and absolutely refused to actually check them or amend the error. They were obviously Not steamed...

The oil the chips were cooked in tasted off and old. When it was suggested politely that the oil might need checking because the chips tasted burnt, he rudely kept saying that they were cooked fresh😤😤!!!! That was Not the issue...

We got a copy of our receipt (to make a complaint) and sure enough each burger stated "steamed buns" - they just taste better steamed.

When the manager found out that the teller had politely given us the receipt that we asked for, he said loudly to her: "Well, for F@#k sake🤬" and stormed off.

Very poor customer service! This is the Worst customer service I have experienced in...

Typical McDonald's. Standardised food and seating and in a par with other McDonald's but exactly what I wanted for a quick breakfast. Update. Came for breakfast twice over a weekend. Food was good as usual but now they have loud blaring music which doesn't make for a pleasant experience. Asked if it could be changed or turned down and the staff person said it was the managers preference and was not very helpful. Would not dine again with that choice of music. Doesn't make for a pleasant...

🚨ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU GET TAKEAWAY 🚨🚨🚨a few times that I've been there I've always ordered takeaway then get home and they've missed something from my order like chips or cheese or bacon or sauce or lettuce or even paddy 😆 I don't know if there too lazy to add those things or they don't care or forgotten or they've run out of those certain things but what ever those reasons they need to sort it...
