Domino's Pizza Johnsonville — Restaurant in North Island

Considering this Dominos was the first in NZ, its sad to say this is the worst Domino's I have been to in NZ.

Wildly inconsistent topping amounts, often way too much sauce, and poor cutting. I have also had multiple issues with adding toppings or removing them which seems to completely break the brains of the makers, resulting in completely wrong orders, or orders missing paid for toppings.

Tonight I was driven to write this review as again, I ordered a pizza with 2 additional toppings - one was added, the other was wrong. Worst of all the wrong topping was one I cannot eat. I called to request a fresh pizza and asked for them to deliver it to me, which regardless of the situation I think is fair as I had just driven to them and back to collect it, and I was unable to go out in my car again to collect a replacement. They have said they will refund (Which is a shitty option, now I have no dinner) and I will believe it when I see it. Based on other reviews here it seems like getting back my money might an issue.

0/10 worst Dominos, and this is coming from someone who has ordered from this Dominos 20+...

I am so angry. The last 2 times we went there we pre ordered online and I paid on my card, my partner goes to pick it up and they make him pay again. The only receipt we had are the ones that said the order was already paid and not the one he just paid. I only saw this the day after on our bank account and my partner has been back 3 times to talk to them about it but the manager is either not there or can't come out. So I went there as well with our newborn baby and the manager again, can't come out but said I should print a paper statement with the transactions! I said this is ridiculous and I'm happy to send them my statement via email but it is extremely hard with a newborn to go the extra mile and print a paper stament. They asked me to leave my number and they will call me back but it's been a week and nobody has called. Instead of spending 44$ we now spent 88$ when we already don't have the money otherwise we wouldn't be going to Domino's! If you need to trick customers like that to get more money maybe you should just put your prices up and get it the fair way! We will be going to Pizza Hutt...

I dont recommend this branch. I ordered 2 pizza and 2 sides, when i came in for pickup, the guy only gave me 3 foods, they forgot garlic bread. They missed it, didnt cook it at all. The indian guy said 1 min, but he didnt say any "sorry". But thats fine, i was waiting.

Many people coming in and going out, i saw two people got garlic bread even though they ordered after me. I waited 5mins and decided to be in the line. On my turn, i asked them, im still waiting for my garlic bread. The young kiwi boy also didnt say anything for sorry. And that indian guy didnt care about my issue. I like Domino pizza, i tried other branches in other areas, but this one is the worst one. If i didnt ask them, they wont care about my issue at all.

I bought my drink at another shop but i finished my drink before eating pizza and my pizza is not hot any more. Warm and getting cold now. Terrible.

Bad customer services. Never come again. Please go to another branch nearby.
