Domino's Pizza Koutu — Restaurant in North Island

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed for a Spicy Paneer Pizza. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

The pizza had a very poor taste, with minimal toppings—making it feel more like plain bread with a bit of cheese rather than a proper pizza. To make matters worse, I found a piece of chicken on my vegetarian pizza, which is highly concerning. This raises questions about cross-contamination and the hygiene practices in place, especially regarding the use of the same cutter for all pizzas.

Additionally, the person preparing the pizzas appeared to be working in a hurry and didn’t seem interested in the job. The workstation looked untidy, and the overall environment did not reflect professionalism or care.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had such an experience—similar issues have occurred on 2–3 previous occasions. The pizzas consistently look unappetizing and lack the expected quality.

Ordered trough Uber eats tonight, 1 value box, 1 mini Dutch pancakes box and 1 Cookie crumb giant donut. Received order from Uber, go to check the box in which the donut comes in and in there were fries instead?! Rang up no one picked up the phone, so I had to go down there myself to see where it was. No one at the front to serve customers, then when it was time to ask where my missing item was, all they did was give it to me, no apology or anything. I checked it to see if it was fresh, it wasn’t. I placed this order at 6:19 pm on Uber, and left the store roughly 6:40 pm after picking up missing item. It must have been sitting there awhile because it was cold and not to mention also burnt underneath.

Why was missing item replaced with chips? Surely the donut must have been already made because it was cold when I got there, so why replace it with something else? Seems to me that they just couldn’t be bothered. The place wasn’t busy at all either. Will not be buying from here again. This place has gone down hill. Pizza Hut is far better anyways, friendlier and better...

Ordered: Creme Fraiche base, cheese pizza, Hollandaise swirl with duck pieces

Received: creme fraiche and hollandaise swirl more hollandaise than anything else with burnt edges

Wouldn’t come back here ever again. Ordered within their opening hours, picked up the pizza order and drove off as we were moving our stuff after work. Open the pizza to find that they didn’t even put my toppings on as requested.

Turned up a couple of days later with a picture of the meatless cheeseless pizza (now deleted) only to have a TM insinuate that it’s under the cheese. It’s just bread there’s nothing there but puffed up bread and cheese sprinkles, Cheese is not a thing from this branch. I would only recommend this place if you’re very very desperate to be disappointed.
