Avoid avoid avoid avoid!!
I’ve never had a more incompetent experience from a pizza delivery place ever!
Paid for garlic crust on two pieces got normal crust. This was a $10 serve charge that I paid for that I never received.
Ordered pepperoni and cheese, stuffed bread and received stuffed bread. This was another serve charge that I paid for and never received.
Pineapple on the pizza the pineapple was clearly removed from my order.
I have a young child, and the order said that it was going to be delivered earlier, I ended up having to cook him dinner and put him to bed because the pizza still hadn’t arrived:
Essentially, I paid for something because it was supposed to be quick and easy and convenient and you’re supposed to get what you pay for but in this case, it was not quick and easy and we didn’t get what we paid for and we got pineapple and another BS in order That was clearly removed .
I tried ringing and they don’t answer the phone clearly because they’re incompetent. Basically I’m 20 bucks for all these serve charges and the managers don’t answer their phone for a refund or at least giving me the order that actually ordered clearly there’s a bunch of students or lame people...
Read morePicture this: my friend, Charlotte, and I were hunkering down for the night when suddenly we had with unfathomable desire for churros...but not just any churros: Domino's churros.
We make our way down to our local Domino's grind, Domino's Pizza Northland, and upon entering were warmly greeted by this beautiful Indian man (whom we later discover is called Mani).
We order, and while waiting, observe Mani's incredible multitasking skills. It's like watching a one man band! One minute he's taking orders, the next making pizza then suddenly the pizza ready to be enjoyed by your typical domino's customer.
He was all alone, no one there to help, yet I reckon they were the best churro's I've ever had...so much better than the The Library ones! Even as we left, he said goodbye and told us to get home safe. Small things like this are what make good customer service.
Give Mani a raise or a gold star or something because this man deserves it! I'm not one to give google reviews but I made the exception for Mani because Charlotte and I were so utterly impressed by his service.

Read moreI am forced to click 1 star to get this thing started,if no star was an option there would be no doubt!Probably nothing to do with the pizzas but more so the poor management(or lack of!!).My wife slipped on their tiled entrance ramp(earlyJan 2018) in the wet,she hurt her back and broke her arm.Despite talking to a staff member on the day followed up by 2 subsequent visits after,we have not heard a word from them.I was assured on my subsequent visits the Store Manager did get the message about the incident along with all my contact details. Since the accident we have noticed that nothing has changed on the wet and windy days at the entrance way to Dominos,no mat,no signage....they obviously do not care about the public's safety.Even the staff member I had talked too said they had also slipped in the same spot.Get your act together Dominos Northland before someone hits their head on your unsafe...
