Very bad service ; we have applied for my mum a visa to Indonesia and it took them exactly 50 days and at the end they have declined the visa application while we had just one day left till our travel. Another point every time we call to ask about what happen with the visa they say we waiting Jakarta to reply to us and they say don’t worry you will travel on time and they didn’t give us the visa why we don’t know.
