I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! From the moment I walked in, everything was spot on — the ambiance was warm and inviting, the cleanliness was impressive, and the entire space had a welcoming and comfortable feel.

The food was top-quality — full of flavour, beautifully prepared, and served fresh. Every bite was enjoyable, and I could truly tell the care that went into each dish.

What stood out even more was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel well looked after throughout my visit. A special mention to Manju Nath, the Duty Manager, for going the extra mile and showing such professionalism and genuine care. It really made the experience even more special.

Food was fine. However, a side dish was left out of the order on delivery, and when I called to ask for either a refund or for the side to be delivered, the individual on the phone suggested I either come get it, or that the next time I order, I call, and I would receive something complimentary. This is an unsatisfactory solution to the error made by the restaurant. Placing the responsibility of remedying the situation with me as the customer is not an effective means of solving the problem. I did not make the mistake. Additionally, the attitude of the individual on the phone was not pleasant or positive, the second I tried to point out my concern, he just started talking over me, as he did not want to consider other options; he clearly just wanted me to accept his answer and go away.
