Happy valley — Restaurant in North Island

Never one to share bad reviews but I just got essentially yelled at when trying to order. I had come down from a movie and there had been a big line just ordered food so assumed they may be open late for service. A simple “no we are closed” would’ve been absolutely fine but he proceed to tell me “No no NO are are closed, we are NOT going to make orders”. I said “sorry I didn’t know if you closed” and he started shouting louder and said “LOOK AROUND YOU, WHY DO YOU THINK WE WOULD BE OPEN”. My mistake seeing the line of people I had been standing behind. I understand people have bad days but I have not been spoken to like that in a very long time and I would never have spoken to someone like that in my customer service roles no matter that the day. A Chinese takeaway that you can no longer fill your own tray, just as if not more expensive that everywhere else yet you can't choose what bits or quantities of what you are getting..? Seems crazy. Asking for a little bit of the rice and noodles means you get half a tray minimum (pictured, and thats after telling him to stop...) , on top of that half the meat is now fat. Wow the lady at the counter was very rude. Hard to communicate with and then gave me the wrong order and refused to give me a refund so I could buy the dumplings that I had wanted to purchase from the start. She looked annoyed throughout the whole process and raised her voice several times, I couldn’t even understand what she was saying. Ended up getting the dumplings after a heated argument - didn’t even feel like eating after that. Definitely will not be going back...
