My go to is the boneless Korean style chicken and the curly fries. They are so tasty, fresh and the chicken is so soft!
-Unfortunately the normal fries were not nice, They didn't have much flavor and were very soggy. -The mac and cheese was not nice. -The burgers pretty much all taste the same apart from some sauces but they have super tasty chicken. The normal chicken is nice and not at all oily. -The chicken rice bowl is not very nice, I definitely think the type of rice they used is the wrong choice and a white rice would be better. -The loaded fries were unfortunately horrible; Only 2 small slices of jalapeños on the top, soggy fries and a cheese sause that was at the bottom of everything. -The wrap is massive, heavy and I thought yes! Exciting! But it wasn't unfortunately. It was loaded with soggy fries and didn't have much flavor. It was more like a

Read moreI was there on 16/10/25. From the moment we walked in, the experience was underwhelming. There was only one person at the counter who was not only taking orders but also cooking and serving the food. He didn’t greet us, didn’t make eye contact, and seemed completely uninterested in customer service. Despite being a fast food joint, we had to wait far too long for our food. When it finally arrived, it was honestly the worst burger we've had in New Zealand. The bun was falling apart, and by the time we bit into the chicken, half the burger was already a mess. Absolutely no structure or quality. To make matters worse, the tables were dirty, with sauce spills clearly left behind from previous customers. It didn’t feel clean or inviting at all. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Poor service, poor food, and poor hygiene. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend...

Tried Wicked Chicken recently and left feeling underwhelmed.
The Korean Wicked Wings looked good on the menu, but it turns out there’s an extra $0.50 charge for the sauce — something not clearly disclosed upfront. It only appears during ordering, and even then it feels like you’re just picking between flavors, not add-ons. That kind of pricing should be clearly stated from the start.
Also ordered the Biscoffy milkshake — advertised as a showy dessert in a glass jar with a handle, but it came out in a small plastic cup. Looked nothing like the promo material, and felt like a downgrade in both size and presentation.
Overall, the food was okay, but the experience didn’t match the brand’s hype. If you’re charging extra, be upfront about it. And if you’re selling an image,...
