I recently visited Better Burger on August 18th, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Despite the restaurant technically being closed (due to a head office error listing closing time as 9 PM instead of 8 PM), the staff went out of their way to ensure I could still place an order. This kind of dedication to customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

Now, let's talk about the food. I opted for the spicy chicken burger combo, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and flavorful on the inside. The spice level was just right—enough to add a kick without overpowering the other flavors. The fries were golden and crisp, pairing perfectly with a refreshing Pepsi Max.

went in to try them on Saturday afternoon, it wasn't very busy so my food arrived quickly. the girl serving was polite and friendly. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with extra onion. the burger was excellent! you can just tell the ingredients are so fresh! the honey bun was great. and the fries! best fries I've ever had from a fast food outlet. freshly chopped potatoes, skin on. cooked to order. free punnets of burger sauce and tomato sauce is a nice touch. I did feel like the meat patty was smaller than I expected for the price. Better Burger - should be renamed BEST Burger! Far superior than Burger Fuel IMO. If you like the Big Mac, (I only compare because of the special sauce) but want a fresher, healthier, tastier option, you MUST try the double cheeseburger. The chips are freshly made with real potatoes on site. The McDonald’s menu disagrees with my digestive system big time, not to mention 19 ingredients in the McDonald’s Fries alone.
