Amazing customer service! My husband ordered me a coffee while I was busy at another store. I was gone longer than expected and when I arrived my coffee was lukewarm but I was prepared to still drink it. The owner/waitress (?) must have noticed and immediately came to our table and offered to make me a new cup. I told her it was ok as it was my own fault, but she insisted and promptly brought me a brand new hot cup of coffee ! I was so impressed by this customer service I had to leave a review (which I seldom do). The coffee was delicious as was the few treats we bought. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this cafe...

Such lovely staff and service! I work for a pop up studio and while at The crossing recently I would get quite a few treats from here. Amazing on flavour and staff who even came over to deliver my iced Caramel Macchiato’s which was really nice of them. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Pricing is reasonable too. Love the candy floss and bubblegum meringues and bags of macaroon tops and bottoms.

Hidden gem found on the bottom floor of the Tauranga Crossing. Wasn’t expecting much as I was just looking for quick snack, but I was met with excellent service, high quality food and great ambiance. The iced mocha was one of the best I’ve had (and I’ve had lots) and the cake was to die for!! Chocolate coffee walnut is the best combo to exist. I’ll definitely return when I’m back at the mall to try another cake flavour...
