EDITED TO ADD: the franchise director took this review seriously (as did the franchisee) and I'm confident steps will be taken to remedy this for future customers. My original review is below: Bit disappointing for the price. It was a busy-ish Labour Weekend, but not every table was taken. The food was a bit slow to arrive. I poured the tea to find it was just water. After opening the lid, I discovered the problem was the strainer inside didn't dip in to the hot water.
