I doubt that management even looks at these comments but here goes anyway. I bought a new dishwasher at Farmers Tauriko on 4/6 and was told it would be delivered on 13/6. There is a lot of work being done on my property atm so there is mud everywhere. As I wasn't expecting the delivery until the 13th, I hadn't moved some items to make it easier for the ppl to get in and out of the kitchen. I got a msg today that my dishwasher was going to be delivered today 10/6. I had to scramble to move the few things in the way. As it had rained heavily last night, it was a quagmire of muds etc. I put down old towels to keep the mess to a minimum. When they arrived, they were quick to get the new machine in and the old one out, to be taken away. The towels were ignored and even kicked away. The person who took the old one out, didn't come back in. The person inside was having trouble moving the dishwasher into place so I said I would help. He seemed to be annoyed that the other delivery man hadn't come back into the house. He pushed the machine quite hard and I asked him to stop because my toe was up against the edge. Anyway, he gave it another hard shove and it hit my toe, ripping the whole toe nail from the toe bed. At first, I didn't know what had happened and the person told me I would have to install it myself and just seemed focused on getting me to sign the paperwork so he could leave. By this time, my kitchen floor had a mixture of mud, water and blood on it. I told him that my toe had been injured but either he didn't hear me or whatever and just left. Now I have to wait for the mud to dry so I can vacuum it up and have bandaged my toe but it's still bleeding. I wouldn't let those 2 guys move a piece of paper in the future. No care and definitely no...
Read moreWent to Tauriko Farmers on 26 December with my boy , busy time of the year but at the same time exciting as customers are getting bargain went to the store happy but Unfortunately I felt disappointed in few minutes and felt uncomfortable shopping here felt like I wasn't welcomed here . I went with my boy he wanted to try clothes on but the lady(had mask on ) at the fitting room near the mens section was racist, no one was waiting in the queue yet she said it's busy go to another fitting room and pointed towards lingerie area she didn't greet us, straight away pointed us in a different direction. It felt like she didn't wanted to deal with us . So we went to lingerie fitting room same here no hello no smile just blank look until I said hello. After entering to the fitting room My son felt so uncomfortable with nipples pictures on the fitting room wall, I said to him just don't look at it so that's cool. I am not complaining about the pictures here I totally understand but what I would like to complain is please ! please ! have a staff that is passionate about customer service, have the passion to help people and love people, respect people of all nationality, So the customers feel comfortable shopping here. I saw not many staff with a smile I understand it's busy time of the year they exhausted but I worked in fashion retail industry a year and I would say if some one is not a people person they need to change their career. I hope this gets addressed...
Read moreYou have messed with the wrong family!! The duty manager who was working on Saturday the 11th of December, racially profiled my 15yo cousin. Why? Because she is Māori, has brown skin and looked "UNDESIRABLE", she was alongside my older cousin who has fair skin. The duty manager on this day Nyree - told my little cousin, that she did not look like she was going to buy anything, so she had to leave or she would be escorted around the shop. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour especially towards a 15 year old girl who was just trying to buy her mum a Christmas present!!! PLEASE APOLOGISE LIKE YOU MEAN IT NYREE OR HOWEVER YOU SPELL YOUR NAME!!! My family will never shop at Farmers Tauriko ever again. This isn't the last time you'll be hearing from us either. Sack the lady Farmers - you'll be better off...
