Kiwi Grill Tauranga Crossing — Restaurant in North Island

Im so disappointed. I ordered from here on Uber eats and ordered the pork belly plate and garlic pita bread. For some reason I cannot rate my order from the restaurant, I can only rate the delivery. My salad was old and watery, the veges in the salad had no flavour. The potato salad tasted stale, and the pork ribs tasted off! The garlic pita was a burger bun cut in half with garlic butter on top. I feel like I’ve been robbed $20. The only thing cooked to perfection here was the white rice. I feel so sick. 🤮 Not going there again 👎

UPDATE: I ended up getting food poisoning from here and I am 7 months pregnant!! I am so furious!! I know I should be consuming food I make myself but sometimes it’s easier to grab a quick bite!! This should have not happened!! Someone check the food standards at this store, they need to be...

This week I got ribs with a salad and chips. The salad was soggy and gross tasting. The chips were stale, like they had been reheated and already cooked. Other times I've been the lettuce and corn are fresh and yum. And the chips are normally really yum and not stale. Also once got my favorite burger that you do, the crispy chicken snitzel bun. That I love. But once the chicken snitzel was still pink and raw looking. I told one of the lady's and they look annoyed at me. Please fix this. What's happening?

I have had the Crispy chicken snitzel bun with homemade mayo and the sticky pork ribs. I'm really fussy and can't have spicy. Both are very yummy and not spicy at all. The beetroot, carrot, kale and pumpkin seed, is a yum salad also. I've only just started coming here, so I haven't tried the other things...

I was looking forward to trying this place, however it was a disappointing experience. The bun I ordered was thrown together, had a veery thin slice of pork belly on it, and most of the salad wasn't even on the burger, it was falling out the side. the bread was alright, and the sauce was good. the worst part of the experience was the service. the lady seemed annoyed that I was ordering, she didn't say one word to me, just took my order, gave me a filthy order buzzer, covered in grease, and even when I said thank you, she said nothing, not even a smile. I asked for napkins, and she grumpily plonked two napkins on my tray, both napkins had stains on them. there are other menu items I had planned on trying in future but given this experience, I will not be coming back - even though I eat at this...
