This branch is such a disappointment in almost every way. Everytime the I go there and buy chicken and ask for preference like 'no chicken breasts' the staff always seem to think that I said 'please put every chicken breast we have!' mostly because I say it to the staff I order it from then someone else randomly takes care of my order. They should note down customer preference in the orders so that the person getting the food knows. It's really annoying and has been going on for as long as I can remember.
We bought a classic bucket today and honestly the chicken was just barely warm. The potatoes and gravy was even worse as it had some funky aftertaste and I can only assume it's because it's some leftover ones from the previous days or something.
This branch doesn't even deliver that far, and we're just around the Miramar area. If not for the reason that it's literally the only branch that's close to us is the only reason to ever go there but at this point, I think I'd rather this branch just close down than have such a poor quality of service and food.

Read moreDon't even bother if you have an order for more than 2 people. I used the kiosk to order in for 5 of us. After a long wait ( not sure what the point of the kiosk was) I finally got my order. Took it to the table only to find that I was missing about 6 things and 2 things on the order were wrong. On top of that when I picked up my overloaded tray a drink fell off and spilled all over me and the counter. The staff just stood and stared at me not even knowing what to do with one even saying I don't even know how I am going to clean that up. Read moreOne of the worst scenarios I came across when I purchased self check KIOSK in KFC. I got the QR code and don’t even last for any seconds. So you will be left without GST bill and you will not even know what they have given and what you ordered.
The staff is so helpless who doesn’t give you bill and don’t know how to retrieve the bill. So finally I had to order 3 times to get at least one GST bill. Even if you give your mail ID, GST bill will not be sent to your mail ID.
One of the worst KFC and staffs I visited in my 10 country visit.
So this is a place if you don't want the bill and get satisfied with whatever they give. God only knows what you ordered. 😁
