KFC — Restaurant in North Island

We had a not-so-big order, but the Wicked Lunch had 1 Original Piece (thigh) in it. The 3 pcs Quarter 1/4 Pack had regular chips inside of them when we ordered Large. The PLUS56 Coupon we used should have had 10 pieces of Original Recipe and 5 pieces of Wicked Wings, we received 8 (6 way too small pieces) and 4 pieces of Wicked Wings.

It also does not help them that I am the one who told them what the drinks were when they were looking at the list for some time.

This is not the first time, so I decided to put in a review due to inconsistency and lack of service improvement. Double-checking the customers' order does not take long and avoids issues like this. This can also come as ripping people off when they don't get what...

We typically like KFC in Hastings, they typically give great fried food, with very nice drive through customer service. Our orders are $30 to $45 of takeout, every visit to Hastings. Recently as in last week our order had a long grey hair around the chicken. Surprised, absolutely!! After vomiting, as we'd taken a few bites, thats how we found it. I phoned the store, spoke with the manager and explained. She offered meal replacement or refund, which I thought was fair but lacked generosity for a returning regular customer. 1 good experience to 100 bad. Almost always forget something out of the order. Apparently none of the Staff understand how to answer a phone. Ordered online 1x bacon & cheese ultimate combo & 1x zinger burger combo. Wait 40mins for it to arrive. Received 1x zinger burger combo minus the chips & one sprite from my combo. Driver (outsourced) goes back to get my order. I tried calling continuously for 20mins... no answer. 40 mins later my food now arrives. Bacon & cheese burger missing the bacon.
