KFC — Restaurant in North Island

Everything was going well untill we got our food the lady handed it to my mum saying to hold it carrfully, my mum leans over and puts on hand on the bag and about to put her other hand but the lady takes her hand of making the bag rip and everything falls onto the floor and all the lady says I told you to hold them carefully so experience with costermer care was very poorly and she continue to look at my mum as if it was her fault and as if she was dumb and wallks off without offering us new chips or a new bad to put everything back in and blames it all on my mother I literally had to get out to pick the stuff up and knock on the window to ask her for a bag , maybe today was an off day for kfc but even so we definitely shouldn't of been...

Dried rubbish chicken concealed by 3 pieces of half decent chicken on the top. So dry even the bones are crumbly. Update, after the manager hung up on us twice we drove back to this dump to seek a refund, we were greeted by 4 workers attempting to intimidate and refused to give our refund although we had return most of the dried nasty food. They instead threatened us with the police, which we welcomed, it was only after the police arrived that we were given our refund. Just finished ordering dinner at KFC Matamata and would never go back again. The drive through sign said cash only which we had but when we went through to the window to place an order they decided to change their mind and said they weren't taking cash either. So instead my husband walked in and placed an order. After receiving the order he checked and found the sliders combo he ordered was only processed as a slider and when we went back to correct this the arrogant school kid on the counter didn't know how to process the order again properly without charging him.
