Pho Sho Porirua — Restaurant in North Island

Great experience. The Menu is located in 3 areas, levelled eyesight, tv screen above & on the counter when you want to order.

The option of self service or Face to face is available. We opted for self service. We were able to order within 5 mins due to reading the menu beforehand in the locations available to us.

Only waited max 15 mins for our meal via buzzer. When picking up order from counter the server was very polite & also mentioned the location of cutlery. As I honestly fully forgot about. So thank you.

Our food was delicious, they offered an alternative to rice for my mum who isn’t fond of jasmine rice. So it was nice to know that we didn’t have to go to another stall.

If you have kids I do suggest ordering from the sides and appetiser menu. Because popcorn chicken and waffle chips was a great choice. My kids enjoyed it especially the popcorn chicken.

I was excited to go to Katli Tahi and experience the atmosphere there and try the Vietnamese shop Ph9lo Sho.

I ordered the pho crispy pork.

Within minutes it was finished.

The broth had flavour but was a bit disappointed with the crispy pork. Perhaps I'm used to how the Chinese do it? The crackle was crispy but the pork itself was hard boiled and dry. I didn't enjoy it. The noodles also lacked flavour.

The mango bubble tea was yum but ye unfortunately the crispy pork for me...
