If you like chicken, then you'll love The Karaage Kid in Porirua. Great location - next to Abandoned brewery (ideal for beers!) where you can sit and easy parking too. Staff are fantastic, they clearly love what they are doing and make the best chicken burgers in town. Chips are fantastic - I suggest at least getting gravy on them. Another absolutely beautiful meal this evening, always so tasty and fulfilling. I've been in NZ for the past 5 weeks and I have to say the food here is so good. I'm not sure of the names of the staff but I have to say how friendly and accomodating they are even when busy, nothing is too much trouble for them. While they don’t really have a place to sit, it seems to be accepted to take the food inside the the bar next door which makes it a perfect match, with the only glitch that they didn’t have Japanese beer on tap.
