Hi, My husband and I and my little baby went to your shop today as usual, we went there 2-3 times a week for coffee and dine in every weekend because we love your coffee. Today while I was enjoying my food and coffee realised that I've forgotten to bring a loyalty card then I went back to the counter nicely asked for another card with an older lady who served us food, I told her if I can have another card as I didn't bring then she looked at me with an attitude didn't say anything took a card slapped it on the counter and turned her back without any acknowledgement/comment. Then I asked if she can give us stamps as we had 2 coffees at our table and her responded was so rude " I didn't serve you love" I was like are you serious we are just right there as I pointed to our table (a small table in front of the counter we always take that table because we have a stroller) She added that you can be anyone walk in to the shop and asking for stamps!! Are you joking me!!!?? This was the worst customer service experience I ever had. We could stop going to your shop because of this lady (everyone else are nice). It took another staff member whom was making coffees at the time who overheard the situation to intervene by asking the lady to stamp the card for me. I very rarely make complaints whoever as a hotel front of office employee this was unacceptable from a customer service...
