⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service & Delicious Food&Drinks!

I had such a fantastic experience at Starbucks New Plymouth! The service was absolutely top-notch — a big thank you to Liesel, Lauretta, and Charlotte who made our visit such a pleasure. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Our order was spot-on: the toasted sandwich was fresh and tasty, the Matcha Latte was smooth and comforting, and the Caramel Frappuccino was the perfect sweet treat. Everything came out quickly, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour.

It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their customers — the warm smiles and great conversation made all the difference. Starbucks New Plymouth is lucky to have such an awesome crew, and I’ll definitely be back again soon....

It is unfortunate that my experience at Starbucks today was one of utter disappointment.

As I waited I watched two people be supplied what they aid were incorrect drinks in a dirty and worn down environment (admittedly there are signs around stating an up grade is coming shortly).

I ordered a Grande latte and after a short wait it arrived. I walked out and took my first disappointed sip, I always give things a second chance but on my second sip I felt something stringy and hard in my mouth, not waiting to find out what it was I spit this into the gutter, tipped the rest if the coffee into the drain and continued on my way all the sadder that I would probably nit return to Starbucks franchise again.

A very sad day for an avid...

I was visiting New Plymouth for the day on roadie we stayed at the metrotel on the next block up went for a walk to get my morning coffee I was so excited because we don’t have Starbucks where I live, the internet said they opened at 8 so we left the hotel at 8:10 to walk down to give some time after opening there was about 8 people waiting outside when we got there with the lovely barista telling people she doesn’t have a key she only makes the drinks she was super friendly but if your website says 8 you should be open at 8 a manager or asm should be there to open the store, we ended up going to a local coffee shop after waiting til nearly 830 I heard this is common maybe you need to...
