I dined here 31/12/23 for dinner, and my husband and I got food poisoning. calamari and deep fried cauliflower tasted old and reheated, was tough and dry, no doubt about it. I made comment to the staff who checked with the manager, who stated that it was fresh and we do not have to pay for the main. I commented that I’m happy to pay for the main but the food is not fresh. My husband were both up all night with tummy cramping, nausea and the trots. Had a date here and it was a cosy, contemporary atmosphere, great food. Was busy the evening we went, always good to see. A wide menu offering vegetarian, duck, chicken and pork options. You could easily have a group here or a couple, we saw a few solo diners too. Wait staff very attentive and helpful. We had the sweet and sour chicken with pineapple, the pork belly and BBQ pork buns. Our waitress was new and unfortunately forgot to order our main, so it took a while for that plate to come out.
