Where do I start?. We thought your employee was a customer. As he sat at the table eatting or playing on his phone with his head down & not even igknowledging our presence. The machine trays were all dirty, so we had to hold our tubs by hand to full them. Was very surprised all of your toppings are left uncovered, seemed rather unhygienic especially with today's food safety standards?!. It was our first & last time we set foot in there. If the kids weren't with us I would've walked out! The customer service was disgraceful, machine trays dirty, floors were clearly dirty just by looking at them & sticky along with the tables. We had a fruit fly hanging around our table too (yuck). And its grossly overpriced for basically watery cold yoghurt & lollies (which did not taste nice, the Lollie cake tasted odd & my chocolate raisins had an odd stale taste to them, like they were in grandma's cupboard for years, even my partner who eats anything said they...

SO MANY BUGS. There were little bugs in most of the toppings. Any topping that could melt were melted. There weren’t any staff working in there so had to wait for the pita pit staff to finish with there multiple customers before being seen which was enough time for the frozen yogurt to start melting. The price by weight (per 100g) is displayed behind the counter, but I was shocked when the single bowl cost me $17! The yogurt/icecream was watery/icy. Topping selection was interesting but average, mostly lollies and boba and some dried fruits, but not alot of healthier options. There should be some indicative pricing displayed, eg full bowl costs $20, half bowl $10 to guide customers instead of a nasty...
