Dear Subway Management Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant outside Parapuram mall. This was actually my second visit to your restaurant, and unfortunately, I experienced the same issues both times.
On my most recent visit, I ordered a "vegetable sub" and paid $15 for what was mostly just lettuce. The person who prepared my sandwich was quite stingy with the vegetables, and I was left feeling unsatisfied and ripped off.
To make matters worse, the staff member who was preparing my sandwich was actually the manager, and I would expect better from someone in a leadership position. As a loyal customer of Subway, I have come to expect high-quality sandwiches and excellent service, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met during my visits.
I want to emphasize that I do not plan to return to your restaurant, and I would advise other customers to be cautious when ordering sandwiches from your establishment. As a customer, I expect to receive good value for my money, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my recent visits.

*Staff were rude and looked like they didnt want to be there. *Not one single smile between the 3 staff I dealt with.
*Didnt ask if I wanted my sub fresh or toasted...but toasted it anyway (it was tuna. I wanted it fresh).
*Wanted a meal box but this info wasnt passed on to the team member at the till, and was then informed there were no diet drinks for inclusion in the box. Not one. Not even water! I'm diabetic, and to find that subway dont cater for me in their meal box option is appalling (but the I guess duabetes isnt as trendy as veganism, huh?).
