This shop has a really lovely selection of kiwi products. Ranging from smaller, simple gifts to really elegant statement pieces. There is easy access and parking for disabled customers. Being close to the coastlands entrance makes it easy to get to and a easy shopping experience. All of this is improved in my eyes by some of the best and friendliest customer service that I have ever come across. The staff here are just lovely. They are supper helpful and really know their product. They went the extra mile to help make my purchase special and beautifully wrapped. Thank you ladies.

3 years ago I came in to get a lovely winter slouchy hat, sage green with the rabbit fur pom pom. i loved it, it got lost from moving back over seas. so I called the lovely simply new Zealand store in coastlands, and what do you know? the lovely lady, still stocks them. Same style hat, cable knit same pom pom. I loved my hat, but alas it's lost, but not anymore, thanks to the lovely lady who has ordered me one. same color.
