Simply the best… coffee and dog treats. Super friendly and very popular, even first thing! I bought my dog two of their dog treats on recommendation of a crafty Schnauzer who got super excited when his owner appeared with coffee and a treat. My dog absolutely loves them too! Now I have to drive 3 hours to get her treats, but it’s so worth it!

A great mobile Cafe in the heart of Taupo, on the waters edge. Great coffee, great service and all at a responsible price. Well done to you all. Everytime we go through Taupo we stop here to enjoy there coffee and relax on the waters edge

I got a coffee today. The coffee was soo hot,overburdened, I had to wait 10 minutes before I could drink it. This is happening because the lady was in a rush to make more coffees. I do have some experience in the making of the coffees ☕️

Cracking little coffee shack right on the shores of Lake Taupo. A really friendly team with freshly made brews and some lovely home made cakes which had to be sampled and did not disappoint!

Well worth a visit.

UPDATE * Been back to Taupo today and stopped again at the Steaming Bean. It was a Sunday early afternoon and the sun was out, people in the water and a queue to be served. The coffee and cake were spot on!

Great spot too bad about the customer service, served by people that look and act like they don't want to be there. People lining out the door with now acknowledgement from the staff about delays or a 'be with you in a moment'. In this climate you would think customer service would be paramount in keeping a loyal and happy customer base. Maybe due to the location they don't need to worry about customer service but they have lost...
