Domino's Pizza Fitzherbert — Restaurant in Palmerston North

My son went in to get a gf cheese pizza, he asked for gf twice and then got to car with the pizza and thought it didn't look like the gluten free base. He went back inside and said "I asked for a gf cheese pizza" for the same guy at reception to disagree and say he didn't ask for a gf pizza. My son went back and forth with the man at reception saying he ordered it gf. My son came back to the car and told me what happened. I went inside and complained and then after the man at reception said that my son asked for a normal simple cheese pizza and that he asked if it was gluten free twice but my son doesnt recall him asking as he said it was gf himself. (He never asked if it was gluten free, and my son doesn't recall him saying anything about a simple cheese pizza. He eventually gave up and charged 4$ more for...

Ordered pizzas one with 3x swirl that came with none at all because they had no peri peri so I took it back in and asked for 3x mayo as I payed for the extra swirls and I love sauce they only put 1 little stingy swirl the pizza had next to no cheese or base sauce which sucked considering it was a plain cheese pizza they have changed the thin and crisp base recipe so it now taste like pie pastry 🤮 our other meatlovers pizza had basically no base sauce at all and only had cheese on half the pizza. they also forgot our sauce with our chicken bites so had to go back in for that aswell would be nice if they could be a little more generous with sauces and cheese I've worked at dominos and I know that even the $5 pizzas can taste amazing if they are made right so pretty...

I guess the quality control camera doesn't work in this place like it does on TV. Lots of topping on one side but little on the other asked for sauce on top of the pizza got very little of that, they must have been told not to waste too much. Is the oldest person who works in this place 12 years old. Lots of young people working there running around like a headless chickens. No leadership or leader running the place. (Just a general observation)Might have to go back to pizza hutt.

Went and tried for a second time hoping it would get better, another order got messed up. I spoke clear English and the young girl repeated my one pizza order but they still $%#@ it up.

There will not be a 3rd time...
