Absolutely horrible experience. Both my partner and I got severe food poisoning from Noodle Canteen Palmerston North, and three weeks later we are still unwell - extreme fatigue, dizziness, and struggling day to day. I’ve lost significant income because of this, and doctor advised even more recovery time.

We are both fit and healthy with strong immune systems, and have had food poisoning before, but nothing this bad. I’ve since heard of many others having terrible experiences here as well, including a past employee who advised hygiene practices were absolutely appalling.

I am a regular customer and I’m usually pretty happy with the meals and service. This time, I found that your fried rice meals that we purchased tonight (especially the vegetable fried rice) was really lacking vegetables! I got a good quarter of a bowl filled with rubbish stalks. The veggies are in season now ! I don’t know why you wouldn’t put proper pieces of vegetables in your rice dishes ? Like cauliflower, broccoli ect maybe??? I’m definitely put off this meal now, and also supporting you for a while. I think it’s very cheap what you served us. I can go to any restaurant with the same budget and be served much better...

The food was delicious don't get me wrong, but last night I rang and placed a phone order at the Palmerston North store as I had gone down with the flu and my whole body ached, I needed something hot to clear out my nose and throat. I was shocked at the price, I got a small container of cashews and a Laksa (#26) and she said $20.30, I gave her $20 and she said 30 cents shocked I was at the inflation of the price since I last attended this place about 5 years ago I had no energy to contest the price.
