If you are a vegetarian or have dietary requirements, AVOID THIS PLACE. They used to be a place where I actually liked eating and i originaly gave them a good review but i am retracting that now as they have gone completely down hill after today's incident. Yesterday I ordered as takeaway, a plant based vegetarian burger but they instead gave me a meat burger. But I couldn't tell it was meat until I took a bite of the sandwich after I left i left BK. Unfortunately I couldn't come back to return it. The next day I came back and made another order but also complained to the manager that this kind of mistake CANNOT happen. But to my surprise, the manager gives me attitude and tells me mistakes happen and if I don't like it, then "don't come back". She becomes more angry and rude until I brought out my camera to video her. She then slams the drive through window in my face but then realizes that she hasn't given me my order that I paid for. She then opens the window to give me my order and repeats on camera that if don't like it "don't come back". TRUST ME I WONT BE! If a food place goes out of their way to offer an expensive plant based burger that mimics meat, to cater for their vegetarian customers then they better make sure it is as they claim otherwise it is pointless and unethical to offer that kind of...

I have to give a huge shoutout to Burger King for always delivering exceptional service, even through the drive-through! Today's meal was an absolute treat, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Despite the convenience of the drive-through, Burger King still managed to make me feel like a valued customer. The staff were efficient, courteous, and made sure my order was perfect before handing it over.

I especially appreciated the personal touch of having "enjoy your meal" written on my receipt. It's the little things like this that make Burger King stand out from the rest.

And let's not forget about the food! Every bite was a delight, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Whether it's their juicy burgers or crispy chicken sandwiches, Burger King never disappoints.

I brought 2 Hawaiian BK Chicken burgers. One in a combo and one on its own with an extra large fries. the only good thing about the meal was the drink. The fries were old, cold, soggy and over salted to the point where I couldn't eat them so had to throw them out. I also had to throw out both of my burgers as the chicken in them was so dry and tough I could barely chew it. Its as though it had been sitting there all day. There was so much mayo on one end of the burger that it was all over the wrapper when i opened the burger. And the lettuce wasn't even proper pieces. there were bits of what I assume is the core of the lettuce in the burger as it was hard and inedible. Worst experience in any fast...
