Indian 2nite — Restaurant in Palmerston North

Terrible customer service and horribly cooked chicken!!! Ordered a butter chicken with my partner and started digging in. Couple of pieces of chicken later come to realise my chicken tastes a little funny with a rubbery texture. Cut it in half to find the thing is still clucking. Decide to call them and the fella over the phone kept telling me they were closed while i kept telling him my chicken was bloody raw. Usually my go to spot, after the horrible customer service and lack of taking accountability that their food was not cooked properly by telling me that no one else had any complaints with their butter chicken multiple times when you can clearly see that the chicken is raw . i will not go here again and advise...

Last friday, 11/6/21, at 5:15 pm ,the restaurant was just opened, not busy at all. I ordered chilly paneer, noodles, fried rice and chicken manchurian with gravy. Just sharing my horrible experience I had, someone recommended to me to go there and try their Chinese.I been vomitings the whole night due to the excess of oil in noodles, and uncooked vegetables. In addition, my husband had chicken manchurian with few bites, found a foul smell in the gravy. I wished to bring back the whole food in the next day, but got busy in some project and urgent work.

Definitely 1 of the best Indian restaurants in Palmy. Good ambiance and plenty toilets. A nice set of couches for delivery driver or takeaway customers to sit on.
