!!! If you experience any bad customer service aswell, make sure to complain to the KFC headquarters on the KFC website !!! Literally the worst ever experience imaginable. As soon as we walked in the door there was no one waiting to take our order, we ordered via the kiosk since no one seemed interested and waited for the order after about 20 minutes we started to query the order which they said was being made, they then said that ordering the order via the kiosk takes longer for the kitchen to get the order after us having waited 30 minutes at this point we also didn’t get a paper receipt and the kiosk didn’t allow us to email the receipt due to the a key not working so we asked about it and it went in circles to the point where apparently a manager can’t print an order receipt nor can he hand write it out, we received our order then got asked oh do you remember which drinks your ordered? Which we at this point completely forgot so we started going through the bag and double checking our order to which we found we had one combo downsized and the other completely missing the side so we asked for it as we were given a hand written receipt of our order to show that what they did was actually incorrect and when we asked about this fault one of the workers decided he wanted a say and said they’re just using this as an excuse to get free stuff. This was completely uncalled for coupled with everything else that had gone wrong so we left and then discovered we were still missing something on our order. How incompetent can a whole team be at the same time, this is the poorest experience I have ever had with any branch not to mention the whole place being a literal pigsty....

Sharleen, the older lady with dark hair at the window on Labour day (yes we are aware it could be busy, but it also happened to be my sons 8th birthday and he wanted to have kfc for his birthday lunch) was very rude to us as she reckoned we didn't order the combo meal, just the burger as well as a bucket meal. So we wanted to pay for the fries and drink but Sharleen was so flustered (which i understand can happen) but she said to us the next time WE need to check the order ourselves....what did she mean, isn't that her job? she said she only heard 'burger' on the order system, but the funny thing is, even the burger wasn't in the bag, so she was completely incorrect in all of the ways. Anyway, she ended up not charging us for the chips and then slammed the window and walked away saying "iv got a line of people waiting behind you i haven't got time for this"
Wont go back if people are so rude, i get it can get busy and hard to be rushed, but this is not a way to do business and i used to work in a high stress job myself, so i know what it is like. Id never talk to a customer like that though. As hard as it can be, people talk. At least...
Read morel when into Palmerston North KFC on the 7th July 2020.With myself my sister, my 2 cousins Myself and our 2 cousins are from New Plymouth and my sister live in Palmerston North. We took my twin sister for lunch that Tuesday afternoon. We didn't know that Palmerston North had two KFC places in Palmerston North.The first KFC had tables and chairs to close to the door going into the KFC place.It make feel cold with the door opening & closing the door.The two KFC was much better .Only the door was little hard to open.My sister need myself and cousin to help her to walk into the building.Lucky a 12 years old boy open the door for us that afternoon. And l went to the boy mum to say thank you having a good son opening the door for us to come side the KFC building on the 7th July 2020. The food was very nice.But soft drink with flat it's not nice to drink my sister had a soft drink and her'# waw nice. Otherwise it was a beautiful clean place to have a meal at and I definitely will come back again with my family from New Plymouth to Palmerston North. Very happy customer visiting...
