As a celiac we found hell pizza in Auckland and I was able to eat sithout symptoms, it was great! Unfortunately having marked celiac in the dietary/allergies section, a pizza that was unclear as far as its ability to be made gluten free, was made and given to us on arival. To the hell pizza kitchen, please don't cook a pizza marked celiac if it can't be made safe. I don't mind waiting longer on arrival to make a pizza that is safe for me instead. Clearer markings on your website...

A really good range of Pizza's but everyone kind of knows that already. I have been going here for a good number of years and I don't think they have ever messed up an order of mine so I think the service here is outstanding, food is good though the salads I feel have been getting a little worse over the last couple of years. These guys go the extra mile to cater to serious food allergies. Not only do they succeed, provide excellent pizza with great toppings, we feel safe knowing they really care. The team of young people is just exceptional and we've missed them, having had delivery during Covid. So easy to deal with and such excellent food. In 2-3 years of getting food about fortnightly, they've made about 2 mistakes and fixed it quickly and with ease....
