When I think of Starbucks the image of coffee pioneers come to mind. Went there today, never again!!!! The guy handled another customers cup putting a sticker on it and then put that cup inside my cup transferring his hand germs successfully inside the cup he expected me to drink from. I ordered 3 drinks 1 being a flat white. It was over extracted and bitter, way to hot as I had to wait 10min for it to cool enough to drink. Forgot the sugar and the most expensive coffee I've ordered in 5 years. Think I'll stick with anything other than this coffee shop including PAMs instant. After meetings 25th Sept yesterday we popped in for a pumpkin latte and snack at around 12ish and we were served at our table by the loveliest, polite, and happiest young man! He cut our sausage rolls up as we were sharing with out a problem and offering extra utensils. Who ever you are young man I wish you all the best and hope you do very well in the future. Arosta @ $6.50 for the same volume at Starbucks of $7.80 (for comparison), however value is always in quality not price and I have no issues with their (Brand based) pricing. Understanding different blends I must admit that I'd never had a flat white that tasted like burnt popcorn, not being able to take a second sip this will not see any repeat visits from myself.
