Top notch Indian food. Super duper quick and big servings. Menu is on the smaller side but great options (maybe state which mains are a curry on the menu though.. yes I’m white but I love sauce for my rice/naan) had this from a previous restaurant expecting a curry & the main that came out wasn’t. So wanted to make sure I didn’t have that experience here - I liked the sound of a certain main..asked if it was a curry..was told it wasn’t and the waiter couldn’t really point me in direction other than Rogan Josh after I asked about other mains (had this many times) or the Jalfreezi (which my partner was getting) - we usually go halves on big portions so didn’t want to order the same and got Rogan Josh again. We ordered online after dark on our way back from the albatross centre (40min drive back to Dunedin) as we were craving a hot meal, and we love indian food. The food was absolutely delicious. Amazing. Super generous portions all round. Lots of meat, not just sauce. The containers were sealed! How proper. This is not normal for us in Australia. Best Indian curries in town. Absolutely love the option to sub-out plain rice for broccoli + almond or cauliflower + cumin rice- both are delicious. Fresh and flavoursome food. Thank you Chilli Dhaba team!

Update: I picked up a gorgeous Aloo Gobi, Channa Masala and Daal Taka Tak, but they forgot to substitute the aforementioned broccoli and + cauliflower rice - small oversight as they were slammed w customers.
