This place is a little tricky to reach, but completely worth it. Best coffee in Dunedin I've had so far.

EDIT: Came back to town for a visit, and got coffee here three times. Sadly, every coffee was scalding hot, and one time I got dairy when I asked for non-dairy. Bad barista? Lowering review for now, but will try again next time I...
