Domino's Pizza Dunedin North — Restaurant in South Island

every time I order from here via uber eats, my order is ALWAYS cancelled (varies btwn 5 minutes to a couple of hours) after the order has been placed.

same thing happened to us last night. money taken out of my account but it says on the receipt i wasn't charged anything... I'm unsure if this is strictly an uber fault, but it ONLY happens at this exact place, the other dominos (and any other fast food / restaurant) is fine! currently waiting for a refund (if I'm even granted one) from uber... quite disappointed that this has happened to me for the third time. we called last night after this and apparently the order was "never received"?

i give 3 stars because Dominos is my comfort food, but we were quite unsatisfied with how this is run through the UE app. please look into the issue of cancelling orders (says "delivery unavailable" after I order before it's cancelled). it's very misleading and could take away people's hard-earning money when they don't receive anything in the end.

better to go in and order yourself don't order thru any app... at least until the issue itself has...

Probably the worst Domino's I've ever been to. Very poorly made and cooked pizzas - surprised they're still able to be open to be honest. Management is incredibly poor and they're clearly understaffed. Last delivery was almost 90 minutes late. Called the store multiple times and after not picking up for 20 minutes, a very rude man answered the phone informing us that the delivery drivers were doing "5 deliveries at a time." Clearly they don't know how to manage a business. I've been to so many great Dominos stores with stellar service and great pizza but this one is a huge miss. Someone please take over the management in this store as they clearly don't care about...

WARNING: worst pizza service I have ever experienced. Pizza was an HOUR AND A HALF late from the stated delivery time. To make matters worse, each time we rang to ask about the delivery (we rang 3 times) they lied to us claiming they "just saw the delivery driver leave" with our order. It's one thing to be busy and deliver our food late, but it's another thing to continuously lie to your customers. Also, we were threatened on the phone that they would "take it to the next level" if we refused to pay for our food that was over an hour late.
