Probably the worst dominos I have ever had the displeasure of ordering food from. Firstly took over an hour and a half to arrive, I rang twice to check up on delivery times and was firstly told to call back in 20 minutes and when I called back I was rudely told by the man on the phone that he couldn’t tell me where my delivery was and hung up the phone on me.
Once the food finally arrived it was cold and had been in the boxes for so long that it had started to sweat and had gone soggy. This resulted in us now having nearly $90 of partially eaten pizzas as it is practically unedible.
To top this all off one of the pizzas was the wrong size and one of the sides was wrong. I would have thought that after all that time I was waiting they would have atleast got the order right but nope. Didn’t even try contacting the establishment to complain as by the time anything would be done about it I would have probably already left this property.
I wish I had read the reviews of this place before ordering as if I had I would of went elsewhere and I would highly recommend that anyone else who reads this review goes...

My family had already ordered and were eating their dominoes pizza. I was finishing off the last bit of a Sal’s pizza slice and I was about to order a large pizza. Before I could go up and order I was told to leave. I said to the guy I am ordering a large pizza and had finished my slice that I brought in from Sal’s. The dominoes worker response was this, “I don’t care, I know the manager from Sal’s pizza and you have to leave”. This response was very unprofessional and I do not recommend eating at this restaurant. I don’t normally eat at dominoes so I don’t know if this normal practice but the fact that I had already finished the pizza that I was almost done eating even before walking into dominoes and said that I was ordering a dominoes pizza goes to show the unprofessionalism and immaturity of the worker. Read moreI recently ordered a pizza through the official Domino’s app, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When ordering, I wasn’t informed that my delivery would be handled by Uber drivers, which led to confusion and delays. After placing the order, I received a phone call asking for my payment details because cash payments weren’t accepted, and my order would be canceled if I didn’t comply. This felt unnecessary and inconvenient.
As a local, I find this concerning, especially during the shoulder season when local customers are crucial for your business. I had to pay an extra $10 for a quicker, hotter meal from Pizza Hut at the Remarkables.
I hope Domino’s can improve its service for Queenstown residents, as it’s important to take care of your local customers, especially when they rely on you. I won’t be ordering online from Domino’s again unless these issues...
