Very bad service. I went into the walk-in area at the front entrance around about 12.30am wanting to make an order. I was ignored by several staff members who weren’t even busy and were playing on their phones. They definitely knew I was there waiting but continued to ignore me. After 15 mins of waiting I was eventually shouted at by a very rude and patronising young woman that they were only accepting orders from the drive-through. During the prior 15 mins of waiting I also witnessed the same woman verbally abuse someone through the drive-through window and laugh at them with her co-worker. After she told me drive-through only, a man came and quite rudely slammed the door shut on me as I was leaving. I don’t understand the point of keeping the walk-in area open if they aren’t going to be accepting walk-in orders. They have the staff to serve customers and make the business money, but appear too lazy to do so. Management needs to be aware of this. Went through drivethrough today, girl at the counter made everything into a combo to 'make it cheaper' but didn't end up receiving the drinks that come with that combo? although looked like they were made and put under the counter? Most likely for the staff to sip on as I've seen 'unclaimed food' slipped under this area before 🙄 most likely a scam so they can eat on shift whilst not paying for there own food. Not just that but I heard staff here in the past have had problems with theft of food so wouldn't be surprised. On top of all that asked for 10 chicken nuggets and didn't receive which is weird because when she repeated the order she said chicken nuggets. Must not have been eligible for all the combos she made up randomly lol. Just wanted the food I asked for, so in future don't make meals into combos because it honestly didn't benefit me and just made your job confusing hence why you missed out the chicken nuggets aye. Probably lost well over $100 here in the past from food not received. Always get a receipt...
