Winners of the award for the slowest service ever... I reckon a snail could get fed up waiting in line, go all the way to briscoes in the valley to buy a blender, stop by mitre 10 mega, buy the seeds to grow all the fruit and veggies needed, plant the plants, while hopping on a plane to Peru so they can harvest the mangoes that don't grow in NZ, return via Thailand to pick up the Thai salad, raise the poultry from an infertile egg from the supermarket to add the chicken, harvest the fruit and vege from their home garden, kill and cook the chicken, make the smoothy , mix the salad and return to the mall to sit down and eat, finishing in time to see the customer before them in the line finally get to the counter to wait 5minutes before they get their order taken...    Read moreI have a 30 lunch break. My wife and son decided to come in and have lunch with me today 13/1/22. So she ordered for pick up at 1255 and she did so 30 min prior to the pick up time. When I get there to pick up it wasnât ready which is fine I understand being busy. However, the staff then continue taking orders and eventually one of the staff realised that they didnât have my order. She searches for my order and finds it a little bit later on. After finding it she puts my order in the system. I then spend 25 of my 30 min break waiting for a smoothie. I would think they it would have been moved forward to try and get it as close to the pick up time as possible. There were people that arrived after me and received their order before me because the staff misplaced my order. I had enough time to take my familyâs smoothies to them then...
   Read moreCustomer communication was terrible. I got 2 drinks and they muddled them up. I get that they had multiple orders but calling out system terribly executed. Couldnât hear them at all, made me feel like I was dumb when I asked then took my receipt away and put it in the bin with still no order, still no answer and no way to match my order anymore. I have given them multiple chances to prove me wrong but every time I am left disappointed and frustrated. Floor has clearly not be cleaned for a while and in this pandemic is something you do not want to see. I Will Not be returning and have nothing nice to say about the new Plymouth...
