I was disgusted with everything the Service they could be a bit more friendly and smile more they all look so miserable everytime i’ve been there went there today ordered pumpkin soup bowl of chips partner got mince on toast we probably waited about 30-40 minutes till the food arrived it wasn’t that busy either to get hot chips that weren’t fully cooked and the bowl wasn’t clean it had other food stuck to it all over the bottom pumpkin soup was like a cup full wasn’t even half the bowl less then half few spoons i was done partners mince on toast was awful looked like it was just slapped on the plate so much mince juice all on the plate and again dirty dishes not been cleaned we felt disgusting after all that the tables are never cleaned had to sit in others mess outside needs a lot of work done chairs and tables falling apart i hope the owner sees this and makes big changes will not be coming back here again so disappointed this place needs either new staff or a talk with the current ones on how to come to work and be more productive and friendly and keep up with the cleaning making sure everyone’s happy with their orders make it more of a positive experience and environment and more cleanliness another note the food portions need to change aswell i’ve seen many people complain about how small and little there getting with food as the same...

You should never trust a reviewer profile with only 1 or 2 nastily unbalanced reviews. They are not real reviewers, and usually are fake profiles to mask their real names, keyboard nutjobs quite simply.

This place is good. Coffee is good, service is good, been in there many times over the years whether it's changed hands or not I don't know. I thought the afternoons are the best time to go when it's quietened down a bit. Definitely stop in if you are down on that level of the mall. A nice stop in after a afternoon of staring at things you don't want to buy and you need a recharge.

UPDATED Sep 2019 - Bit shady coffee & the press kai, disappointing I'd not been here in a while thought to drop in. Unfortunately downed to a 3 but I am hoping on next visit it's going back up again. Cheer up crew, yes afternoons after dealing with people all day is hard, but so too is shopping and one kind of expects a radiance of happiness for their dollar when stopping in for a refreshment & filler. PROS - Everything in front of you, hot food, sweets, coffee, cold drinks, has seating and easily accessible from the front doors.

Personally if I could give this a 0 I would. Partner and I got a blueberry muffin, fries and a oreo cheesecake with 2 hot drinks. Fries were mediocre on the overcooked side, tasted a lot like burnt toast. I asked for English Breakfast Tea with Skim milk and got full cream. I am intolerant to Full Cream so could barely drink it. The Soy H/Choc was watery and flavourless. This was a first time visit and will definitely not be returning. Service was average with the person taking orders just casually standing in the corner on his phone not even aware I was standing there. This place is a joke - have some class in the food and drinks you serve and definitely ASK if a customer wants their food heated as not all would appreciate disgusting hot blueberry muffins.

EDIT: Perhaps your customer service person should be taking orders correctly if you cannot find my transaction. Still need to understand your customer reviews than trying to make them look wrong and the owner...
