Absolutely horrible. As someone who is a big fan of tank I am very disappointed. It is now 11:30, right on lunch time. I have waited over 30 minutes for the worker to come back from her brake while she watches myself and other customers walk away in anger as the entire shop is closed with no signs up or anything! Understandable to have a break but there is no signs up saying when shop would be open again and I would have expected the worker who is consciously watching right outside to say anything at all to avoid loosing business. Read moreI'm a big fan of Tank, but this branch has only ever disappointed. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, and sloppy (unhygienic too from what I can observe) with orders. Tried a few different smoothies on different days in case my experience was a one-off, but every time they taste bland and I end up doctoring them at home (sometimes just adding a pinch of salt to the "salted date-caramel" smoothie saves it lol).
