Food is on par with the coffee - delicious. However, it is on the spendy side and some of the food to order is... Underwhelming in terms of portion sizes. Spending $15 on plain eggs and toast to then only get a single, meager piece of toast was a bit of a joke. So I definitely go elsewhere for that now. But the cabinet food is out of control and well worth the extra dosh - so I recommend trying this place if you want a sweet treat and a strong cup.

The staff are always lovely, happy to suggest their latest fave, and know how to make good coffee. The place is comfy, modern and clean, with a minimal, American industrial vibe. However, the layout makes it really confusing for a lot of people who just don't know where to stand when it's busy - often standing behind people who are just waiting on their take out order. The line for the counter also makes it hard for those who want to leave the place to navigate, often parting groups of people hell-bent on keeping their place in the queue. Honestly, the front counter needs to have the caffeine dispenser against the kitchen wall, giving its front counter space up for the treat cabinet and till. Then, change the tables up a bit and you have a long queueing space, away from the center of the space, allowing for easy egress of...

We were recommended this cafe for breakfast by the owner of the hotel that we were staying at, first impressions were good and they were reasonably busy. We grabbed some menus and made our way to a just vacated table which was still dirty. A girl came over quickly and cleaned the table, had a quick chat to my wife and left again. We looked though the menu and were ready to order....unfortunately this is where we ran into problems, despite being seated directly opposite the kitchen and in direct line of the serving staff coming and going from the kitchen, nobody came to take our order or even ask if we were being looked after. The final straw for me after at least 15 minutes of waiting and no service, was seeing the girl who cleaned our table at the start hugging and chating with im assuming guests near the front door. We left and went elsewhere. And on another note the young quy who rolled in, in what looked like a hoody he picked up off the floor in his room and wearing headphones while he shuffled around taking out one plate at a time is not...

This brunch spot is a delightful treasure trove of morning delights. After we finished our activities at the beach, we found this amazing store. The omelet, a masterpiece of fluffy eggs and fresh ingredients, is a savory dream come true. Their sandwiches are a perfect blend of flavors and textures, making each bite a culinary adventure. Pair them with a latte, and you have the ultimate brunch experience. The latte is expertly crafted, with a velvety foam that adds a touch of luxury to your meal. The cozy, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff make it a wonderful place to start your day. For an incredible brunch, this spot with its amazing omelet, sandwich, and latte is...

We had to come here to see how good this place is! Amazed by their rates, and I could understand why straightaway. This cafe was packed with people when we came here and made me excited to get in. We ordered food for each person and it was amazing. Price was understandable, and portion was good amounts. The food was really yumm, too! All my friends loved it. One thing I was just okay about was coffee. They were just okay, but fair enough! Baristars looked way too busy. Great location to stop by, good food, no regret for sure.

Great location, gets heaps of sun for most of the day and is suitable for large groups. Been a few times and have had mixed experiences with the service (the last time was great though when we were served by a girl with dark brown hair). Delicious home baking which always tastes fresh. The summer bowl was delicious, but could easily be improved by adding more dressing, as it was a bit dry. Overall great cafe.
