We held a private dinner party at Artisan for about 40 people. Aside from a couple of miscommunications in the initial stages of arranging the party, there was no faulting the service, food, amenities, facilities, or the staff at the Artisan restaurant. Everything was absolutely perfect. The setup in the room, the help from the staff, the private dining menu, the food quality was really superb (well done to the kitchen team). We've used Artisan 3 times now for private functions, and honestly I see no reason I'd not do it again, and I absolutely can recommend this team and location to anyone looking for a dinner party. Dinner was on the expensive side, but generally worth it. The lamb, beef, venison and fish mains were fabulous. The duck risotto the only main that I was every disappointed with; there wasn't that much duck in it, especially the second time that I had it. The mains are tiny and you get for example a small piece of meat. No greens or potatoes. For upwards of $30. Service was poor.no water in sight, stranded at our tables for lengthy periods without being able to order. Requested a bottle of water for the yas and had my glass filled.
