Pita Pit Porirua — Restaurant in Wellington

I love Pita Pit. First time going to this one and I am a little disappointed. I purchased the new Southwest Steak and Cheese pita. Unfortunately when a recieved it was absolutely filled with jalapeños. I normally like jalapeños but this many made it almost inedible. I am not sure if this is the standard but i had to pull out almost 10 large slices in order to enjoy it. I will be making sure i ask for less next time. Also I was under the impression that there was sauce that came with this pita, as that is what the sign said, however when i received it there was none and it was very dry. I still ate it. A week ago i ordered a Cheese Burger, Flavour Saver with cheese & garlic pita and drink for $15. I really enjoyed this and thought it was good value and very tasty. Tonight I ordered the same meal. As soon as I opened the Cheese Burger wrap I could see that I was going to be disappointed. The wrap contained a small amount of sad lettuce a few slices of gherkin, very little burger pattie and some mayo, no cheese. The cheese and garlic pita was burnt and dried out. Really disgusting behaviour from a female employee around lunchtime on Wednesday the 3rd of January. She made us feel very intimidated and like our presence was a nuisance. She had no energy or skip in her step - I have never had someone take that long to make a singular pita. The chicken was still cold and had tough tendon bits in it.
